Curtis provided excellent customer service from the minute I called to ask for a quote and trade-in price. He called me back when he said he would, made the purchase process easy and took the time to answer any questions during collection.

Waiting area had only one magazine to read. Advisories not explained, slightly buckled n/s/f what does that mean does it need straightening or replacing?

I have waited a month for the service as I wanted a wait in service. When I arrived the lady advised that they have not booked a wait in service but an ordinary one where I will have to pick a car up at 5 and waist my day.
